The Vulcan to the Sky Club is the largest provider of funding to keep FiveFiveEight flying. Now with many thousands of Members, the Club was started in the 1990s to provide support directly to keep FiveFiveEight fully operational even though, at that time, she was unable to fly.

When, in 2000, it was announced that FiveFiveEight would be fully restored to flight, the Club focused its support and steadily increased its member numbers. Nearly ten years on, and with a flying aeroplane, the Club's most important role is to provide marketing and event management directly in support of FiveFiveEight.
